A 50% order deposit kicks off production. Custom items typically take 2–3 weeks.

Installation & after-sales
Once ready, we book in the install. You check the finished work on the spot and settle the balance. From that day, you're covered by 1 year of non-human-fault maintenance (Decka reserves final interpretation).
